Everyone leads someone.

We influence people everyday with our words and actions.

We can influence for the good or for the bad.

Leadership is absorbed through many ways…books, audio & dvd’s but the
best way is by seeking mentors and like a thirsty dry sponge looking
for water to give it life, grasping the thinking of those that are
achieving high things in life.

Listen to them, watch them, they have the keys to places you want to go.

You have the keys to places that others want to go to…

Associate with great leaders and people of high achievement to unlock
those closed doors that you want to enter.

Never worship those that have the success you are seeking, they are
people just like you, instead hang around them and learn the cause
of their success and absorb it.

As you gather the keys of success others will seeks those keys.

Hand them out to those that want them, but understand they have to do
the work, they have to unlock the door with their key they chose to take.

Every leader needs a mentor at different levels on their journey.

Sometimes the ego stops our growth…

Never think you know it all.

There is always a new level unless one gets comfortable and stops growing.

Our leadership muscle must be worked out often to stay in shape… just like
the muscles in the body, if not pushed to grow atrophy sets in.

Strive to rub shoulders with people that push through fear, that lift others up,
that serve others, that stretch for excellence.

The people you choose to surround yourself with will influence the person, the leader  you become.

Be VERY picky with your circle of leaders in your life!
