Day 16 ~ The Harsh Tongue

Harsh words never have a good outcome.

Have you ever used harsh words or been
the one the harsh words were aimed at?

If you think about it there is never a
good reason for unkind words.

Some people really push our buttons at times,
be kind,don’t let them have power over
you with their words.

They are dealing with their own monsters from
their past or present time.

Many people were abused with words as a child,
by their parents, teachers, and others.

Some people are emotionally abused now as adults,
by the people in their lives.

There is never a time to use ugly words, but
you do have to handle people that try to steal
your sunshine.

Pray before you speak…because the words can never
be stuffed back into your mouth, and sorry will not
be enough!

Are you quick to anger?

Do you cut like a knife with your words?

Are you battling your own monsters and unleashing
them on others?

Stop and reflect as to why are you so angry.

If you have emotional scares…get the help you need.

Do not let the emotional war continue!
