Change is something we all resist…but if you are not growing your business and people skills, your business will not survive….it will die!

No one gets into business to fail right?

 
Here is the thing…when you decided to make money from home, did you understand that you were getting into a leadership position?

 
Did you know that this would be the beginning of a journey on discovering exactly who you are?

 
The first thing to change is you…the leader.

 
Now consider how hard it is to change your own mind…trying to change others is a task that seems impossible…but it is a true test of a leader.

 
OK, I hear some of you already, I am not here to change anyone…but the fact is we all influence others everyday, and we do change minds that are open!

The first mind that needs to be open is you, the leader.

 
It all starts and falls with the leader!

 

Here is a challenge for you…get your pen out and write the answers down… don’t resist, get the pen out:

The last year?

 
Be specific!

 
You say you have changed in many ways…OK now name the many ways!

You see, the more you change, the more you become the door of change for others.

 
Don’t let your own attitude about change hold you back from success.

 
Some of the most simple things put before us we resist for many reasons.

 
One big reason is, if someone does not own the idea, even if it will help them, they resist it.

 

Try this… write the word change with your right hand, now write it with your left hand.

 
Look at both, you will notice the hand that you do not normally write with is how you look at change…it is a mess!

Change makes us change our habits, and we are creatures of habit….so we resist.

 
You must be willing to be the one to step out, be uncomfortable, take the heat, and lead your team to success!
