Everyone has the ability to concentrate, but whether you will
or not depends on you.
It is one thing to be able to do something and another to do it.
There is way to much ability that is untapped.
There are few successful net*work*marketers, but many ambitious ones.
Why is this?
Well, every case is different, the fault usually belongs to the person.
Everyone has chances, some better than the ones that made a success in net*work*marketing.
Think about what you want to do now, that you are not doing.
If you think you should be getting along better than you are, why
don’t you?
Study yourself very carefully and be very honest with yourself.
Learn your shortcomings…sometimes it is something very small
that is keeping you from success.
Really think about this and uncover who, what and why is holding you back!
There are two things that you have to have to succeed, energy and the will to succeed.
You will have to get to work and make your conditions, they will not make themselves.
There are those that say “it can’t be done” and then there are those that say “it can be done” which one are you?
The one that say “it can be done” is the one that will get there today!
The road to success will have many obstacles for you to
overcome…think AUTO, around, under, through and over.
Where there is a will there is a way.
The road ahead may not be clear, but if you will think you can and concentrate on how to do it, you will be on the right road to success.
If you think the obstacles are too many, you will not even try,
and if you do, you will not put your whole heart into it.
Too many will not start unless they know they will succeed…this
is a big mistake.
This would be correct thinking if we were sure of what we could do..but who knows?
There may be an obstacle there now and gone next week, or maybe no obstacle now and it appears next week.
Tackle everything with the power within you to succeed.
So start out your journey with the mind-set that the road is going to be clear for you, and if it is not, clear the way.
There is no such thing as failure for the person that does their best…
don’t lose your courage.
Things are always changing and tomorrow is another day.
Keep your eyes open and watch for the people that are put before you to help you on your way to success.
If you are the person you are suppose to be, someone is looking for you…give them the service they deserve, concentrate on them, and don’t let your attention wonder!

Hi Alice,
Focusing and concentrating on what one does is important to be more productive on our business.
I often have the opposite problem;))
I am very fast and hyper focused be it on my work or with a client.
I still need to manage my energy because I wake up tired and feel tired because I stress myself too much working fast and hyper focused.
I believe it is always about keeping a good balance between our goals and the level of concentration we invest.

I agree Patricia, Sometimes we do get stressed if we get out of
balance…too much on our plate to handle.
At times our “self Talk” can ready drain our energy too if we are
not careful!
Hello Bruno,
I agree, it does take commitment to learn to concentrate, like your
example of someone that is a marathon runner.
You can have someone that loves to run and can go a good distance,
and then you have someone that just turns it up one more degree with
full concentration and watch out!
I appreciate your comment,
Alice
Love what you said here: “If you are the person you are suppose to be, someone is looking for you…give them the service they deserve, concentrate on them, and don’t let your attention wonder!”
I think a lot of times people forget we are in a “service” business and drop the ball once a customer becomes a customer.
I know in the past, I dropped that ball a few times because my attention went elsewhere.
Yes, with so many things going on in our lives, we do sometimes let our
minds and actions wander.
Service is key and the person does deserve our full concentration.
Thanks Shelly

God gives me the power and abilities to succeed. I don’t have to think twice about concentrating because He does it through me. Thanks for your post. God bless.
Yes, he is the tower of strength, success, and our guiding light if we let him be.
Have a great day Curt
Hey Alice,
Cool post, it’s something that I can really relate to.
I always make sure that I keep daily task sheets of what I need to get done. This really enables me to keep focused, and really decreases the amount of stress I encounter. At the end of the day, IM is difficult and can be overwhelming, if you look at everything in one go, it’s hard to understand how you can manage it all at once…. So Keeping daily task lists helps me focus and concentrate.
Not only this, but by planning, you can easily overcome obstacles too. It limits how many things can go wrong; if you do one task at a time (take baby steps I’m always told), you can only ever run into small road blocks. So you deal with it, and then move on. Simple!
I enjoyed this post Alice. You’re doing some good work here.
Take care and let’s keep in touch.

Hello Joey,
Thanks for visiting today 🙂
I agree with you…keeping a list and tracking our activities
will save us much frustration.
Planning and concentrating on the things that must get done
in a day keeps our focus where it belongs.
Have a great day Joey
Hi Alice
Nice post on staying positive and moving ahead despite obstacles that you hit along the way. With the celebrity culture so prevalent these days young people in particular think that fame and fortune should be achieved instantly. Its a hard lesson when they realize that its only a tiny proportion of the population that will achieve celebrity status in this way and the rest of us have to keep plugging away, working hard and focusing to reach our goals in life. Looking back on my life I’m most proud of what I’ve achieved through working smartly and doggedly keeping going rather than things that just ‘fell into my lap’ Anne Perez recently posted..Track and Measure Your Results with Google Analytics

To concentrate is something we can learn but it needs discipline. You can train yourself like you can train to run a marathon. Both needs time to accomplish.

Good news is… I finally learned the lesson and my attention span has increased in that area:)
