The Simple Goal Formula

Goals…everyone has them, but not everyone writes them down.

Are you clear on what you want to come into your life?

You must be clear.

What are the goals that are most important to you?

Is it a fit body?

Better health?

A healthy love life?

A relaxing environment?

More travel?

A better job?

To work for yourself?

To be better with people?

To stop getting in your own way.

Maybe I mentioned some of your goals, maybe not.

Write your goals down, there are no silly wants…write
them all down, even the wild crazy ones.

Don’t think about how you will be able to achieve them,
just write from the heart.

Now that they are in writing, there are three steps
to putting them in stone.

1. Write it….If you don’t write it, it is just a wish.

2. Speak it…If you keep it to yourself it may never come to be.

3. Act on it…No action, no change!

These three steps put you behind the wheel, they give you the road-map!

Write out a statement of your major purpose or definite chief aim.
Commit it to memory and repeat it in audible words, day after day,
until these vibrations of sound have reached your subconscious mind.

Take ownership of your life.

Share your goals and decisions with the positive people in your life.

The more you hear yourself say your goals, the more real they become.

As you keep speaking out loud your wants, the more you work the…

Be specific about the details and put a deadline on your goals.

Some goals will be easy to reach, and others not so easy.

Take it one step and one day at a time.
