Is It Convenience Or True Commitment?

commitment
A decision of convenience or true commitment.

There is a difference between convenience and commitment.
Let’s look at convenience…something happens in your life or an opportunity comes along and you decide to commit to making a difference or a change.

It seems like a good idea at the time, but as time passes you find yourself struggling to stick to your commitment.

This kind of commitment usually never makes lasting changes.

Here is why…because when a decision to commit is made in a convenience state of mind, the decision was made during a time when you felt as though it would be easy for you to follow through, but when it is no longer easy and becomes a struggle you quit.

This is the commitment that most people make and it is all in the feelings, emotions, in the moment!
Now a true decision to commit usually is made when you have had enough, you come to a point in your life where you have a zero tolerance for the way things are going and a change must happen!

This kind of commitment when made is the decision that makes a true change in your life.
No obstacles are allowed to get in the way…you blast your way right through them.

It doesn’t matter how you feel next week, how hard it is, how many times you fail, how many people that just do not get it, no matter what the results
you get…you keep going…go!
A true commitment pays no attention to the outcome other than to make a few changes along the way to get the results you are seeking.

So believe in yourself, make that commitment to yourself, and do not let anyone in your life that will try to steal your power or your commitment.
