One of the most important lessons
a leader can learn is how trust works.
Without trust you have no team…no
team no business. Be truthful about
who you are and do not mislead people.
People will understand if you make a
mistake as you are learning…just own
up to it. To be a leader it starts with one
person, that is you. Work harder on you
than anything else. Enjoy the journey
