Door To Freedom – Time To Transition

The minute we decide to change anything in
our lives we will go through a  time of transition.
Whatever the goal may be, this could be the
most trying time of the journey to freedom.
Many people never make it through the transition.
They get so overwhelmed with the process, and
never get to slam the door behind them. They
open the door, walk through, but leave the door
cracked just enough so when it gets too tough,
they are able to go backwards through the door,
back to comfort.

On the journey to freedom, some feel so uncomfortable
with the unknown, they just can’t seem to move forward.
Know that to move forward, grow, and to become more,
we will have to go through the door into the unknown.
The unknown, brings fear. Those that cooperate with it,
learn to fly…those that resist, fly low and some fall.

As we go through the door to freedom there will be
many difficult times, and this is where we will have to
take a moment and reflect on what is behind the
door, and if it served us in the past. As the journey
of becoming more continues, think of the brain as
a house with many doors. Some of those doors
will have to be locked, because they hold old habits
that no longer serve us on our journey.

The period of transition is a test. Will we fly, or will
we fall? The passion beneath our wings will help us
to soar high. Trust in the process, trust in the pain…
it will not last forever. Those that are willing to change
their thoughts, will change their life.

We have many doors that are presented to us in our
life time. Many we have passed by, some we have
opened to take a peek, others we have opened and
shut. There is a door waiting with our dreams behind
it. Those that find the courage to open the door to
their dream and slam that door tight behind them
commit to their purpose they were born to live!

Soar High,

Alice McCarthy

Creating money in your bank account requires that

you become comfortable receiving money. Sounds

easy, but many have trouble receiving. Receiving

compliments, love, or money is hard for some. How

do you feel when someone pays you a compliment?

Are you open to receiving the compliment or does it

make you uncomfortable? Next time someone pays

you a compliment say thank you, don’t devalue the

compliment. It is a prefect time to connect with that

person. Now how do you feel about receiving money

in your business? Do you feel strong that you are

providing a valuable service or providing an awesome

product..or do you feel guilty for taking their money?

Do you feel you are providing an opportunity for others

to better themselves or do you worry about disappointing

them? It is very important that you become comfortable

receiving from others, or you will not make it in your

business. Most of us grew up with “don’t take money from

strangers” and you now feel guilty. You must get past that

for your bank account to grow. Understand people buy on

emotion, buy because they like you, but they will join you

in your business when they respect you. You are in a field

that anyone can become successful…learn to be comfortable

receiving compliments, love, and money!

You may already be an entrepreneur, or just beginning
on your journey. Building your business may at times
feel very lonely, because you have found the courage to
build your dreams and sail into the open waters. That is
why there is so much opportunity to have your dreams
comes true.
When you picture your unique vision of your business,
realize that your vision is unique. No one else will ever
have the exact same vision as you. No one else has ever
walked in your shoes…and no one else can deliver your
message in the same way.
You will succeed in your business by marketing your
uniqueness, that only you can bring to the table.

Market you and not your business. People join people
not companies. Forget about competition, there is none.
You are the only you there is. Get your vision and set
your sail. Give yourself permission to be different from
everyone else. This means living in your authentic self.
Allow people to see who you are, instead of playing it
safe behind the many hats of the ego. Release the need
for approval. The only approval you need is your own.
Do not worry about what others think of you. If you let
what others think of you affect you, you will never sail
very far out into the open waters. Be yourself, have
fun, and I wish you much success my friend!

Employee Mindset Verses Business Mindset

An employee mindset is job security, benefits and a steady paycheck every week.

This goes for the CEO down to the janitor.

They take their vacations and holidays when the Company says they can.

They take their breaks when told to, and when sick,
hopefully they have sick time… or they don’t get paid if they stay home.

They work hard for their money, only to be fired at anytime with nothing to show for it.

A business persons mindset is time freedom.

They want to spend time with their family and take vacations when they want to.

They are willing to work hard and part of a team… leveraging other
peoples time and money to create a passive income for life.

They learn a set of skills that no one can ever take away, and
can create an income over and over again at anytime.

It can take 1 to 3 years to get the skills and mindset to be a true business person.

Yes, I said 1 to 3 years … and many will never transition over.

Education is key… work harder on you than on your business.

Align yourself with like minded people that will encourage you.

Give yourself permission, and time, to make the transition
from employee to business owner… it is a process, not a magic pill.

Anyone can do it…but most will not develop the habits that are needed.

You are what you think you are …. keep the vision in your mind
where you want to go and who you want to be,
may sound silly but it’s true.

The mind is a very powerful thing.

Your thoughts become your words…and your words
become your actions…. your actions become your habits…
that become who you are.

So what are you thinking about?

Is it time for a change, time to shake things up a bit?

Change can be scary, but also very exciting.

Feel the fear… just don’t let it hold you back.

Commitment = Your Promise

Commitment, what is it?
It is trustworthy, can always be counted on and is
always there.
What ever it is in your life that you commit to,
make sure that it is very important to you, or you
will break that commitment. Someone that is
committed will go through the storm to get to
their goal. If they are not committed, the rain will
stop them or any other little obstacle that may
come along. Before you commit to anything, be
sure that you are committed to yourself.
Being committed to yourself means you are
determined to build the life you want. You are
willing to do what ever needs to be done to get
healthy, be successful, and to be comfortable
in life.
This is very important. Take a good long hard look at
yourself, and know where you are now and where
you want to go. This applies to all areas of life.
It could be getting a job, getting married, working
for yourself, or as simple as going on a trip.
You must believe that you can get there without
the slightest bit of doubt to pull you off track.

Once you determine your path, stay with it, your
destination is straight ahead. It is your choice, the
choice you chose to commit yourself to no matter
what. You will never make it to you destination if
you change paths often. Remember, a commitment
is a promise you made to yourself. Before you make
a promise to yourself, really think about it, and make
sure you are committed. Once you commit to anything,
you now have to line up your actions with that promise,
and stay away from all actions that will steer you away
from that promise.
There will be many temptations along your way. Write
them down, and ask yourself are these temptations
worth taking me away from my promise.
Often they are not, but sometimes they are.
If you find a commitment you have to end do so with honor.

Leaders Have Vision

All leaders have this knowing inside of them,
they know where they are heading and what
they are creating long before it arrives.
This vision goes far beyond romancing the thought
of becoming a great leader and what could happen.
Great leaders have trust in themselves, and trust
that they will make it happen!

Leaders not only inspire action in others, they take
action themselves, action brings about your dreams,
without action your dream stays just a dream!

Take a moment, concentrate on your vision, this is
your purpose, for becoming a great leader.
What does it look like…how does it feel?
Can you see and feel it..is it crystal clear in your mind?
Do you know what motivates you to do what you do?
Get your vision very clear in your mind, you should be
able to describe it to someone else.

It is not important that your vision be clear right now,
but begin today to create clarity in your purpose.
Your vision could be big or small, but for others to
connect to your dreams of the future, at some point
they must be crystal clear.

Leadership skills are very important to develop, as a
leader you will become a mentor, instilling confidence
in others. Believing in them till they can believe in
themselves. Teaching others to take actions that
will benefit them.
Your actions will set the example for your team to
follow. Never ask your team to do something you
are not willing to do.
Think about what you are looking for in a leader
yourself, and work on those qualities.

Some qualities of a great leader:

Power
~ When you are in your power, you will be
able to lead others to take action, people will
want to be around you because of your strength
and courage…this is what they are looking for.

Belief ~
Your beliefs about yourself, your business,
and the marketplace impact the results you will have.

Permission
~ The only permission you need to be a
great leader is your own. Be yourself don’t pretend
to be someone you are not…do not hide behind
your ego, be your authentic self.

Self-Esteem
~ How do you feel about yourself?
Constantly grow and change…learn to accept
yourself! Self acceptance begins with creating
realistic goals you can achieve as you develop
and grow in the process. To accept yourself,
release your habits, your judgments, and your
negative self-talk ,this is a process and takes time!

Posture
~ To attract great people to lead think
“I am the leader they are looking for”,
Have energy and be in control of your emotions.

Language
~ Great leaders study people and
know how to talk to them. They listen with the
heart and your team will feel this. Listen to
understand, not to be understood. The words
you use will lift your team or tear them down.

Forgiveness
~ As a leader you are putting yourself
upfront…this is a great place to be, but you are
also putting yourself in a place to get a lot of feedback,
good and bad. Forgiveness allows you to stay
in control of your emotions, past and present.

Creativity
~ As an entrepreneur it is important to
learn and teach others to step out of the box and
away from the comfort zone…the greater the risk
the greater the reward. Be creative in your business.
When your team sees you are willing to take a leap
of faith and pursue your ideas, it will inspire them to
pursue their ideas as well.

Intuition
~ Follow your GUT feeling. When a situation
comes your way, think to yourself, how do I feel
about this…what do I feel the out come will be?
This is a simple way to connect to your intuition.

Integrity
~ As a leader expect your integrity to
be tested. Your actions always speak louder than
your words. Respond to a challenge objectively,
not emotionally.

Production
~ As a leader you will be compensated
for your results, not your time. Great leaders
see the path, take it, and show their team to
take the path of results.

Meet Alice

Hello, I’m Alice McCarthy and I have chosen to be an inspiration in action for others that like me, are looking to make it big in Network Marketing.
I live in Massachusetts with my husband of 28 years, three children and my beautiful granddaughter.
I love animals, I have two dogs, one bird and a gecko.
My journey began many years ago with the birth of my first child.
I never wanted anyone else to tell me about her first steps, her first words…I wanted to be there for all of it.
I have to tell you, I didn’t figure it all out back then so I worked at night and diapered by day.
My desire to be free always burned deep inside of me, I knew there was a way and I was going to figure it out.
Over the years I have tried a few different things, but never found anyone to show me how this network marketing thing was really done.
I made it my purpose to search out top leaders and learn from them.
I do not know it all by any means, but I am willing to share for free
the information I know and point you into the right direction.

If you need help call me,
But don’t try to prospect me!
